Company's Class B common shares ("Shares") will be listed for trading
on the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX-V") as of the opening of the market
on Monday, March 17, 2014.
The Company requested that its shares be voluntarily delisted from the
Canadian Stock Exchange ("CSE") and the CSE has granted the request
effective at the close of the market on Monday, March 17, 2014.
IOU's trading symbol will continue as "IOU" on the TSX-V.
