seasoned team of directors, led since 2010 by Mr. Ratliff, the founder
and former President & CEO and Chairman of the Board of AGCO (NYSE:
AGCO), a global leader in agricultural equipment.

Charles Sirois is Chairman of the Board of Telesystem, which has backed CVTCORP since 2005. He is also the Founder and
Chairman of the Board of Enablis, Chairman of the Board of CIBC, and Founding Partner of Tandem Expansion Fund. During the course of his career, he has headed such prominent
corporations as BCE Mobile Communications and Teleglobe. He also
founded Telesystem International Wireless and Microcell
Telecommunications (Fido). He currently sits on the Board of Rogers
Communications. Mr. Sirois is a member of the Order of Canada and the
Ordre national du Québec. He was inducted into Canada's
Telecommunications Hall of Fame in 2010 and is the recipient of five
honorary PhDs.
CVTCORP is currently strengthening its Board of Directors to seek out
additional support and guidance as it ramps up its development efforts.
Following its first commercial rollout for power generation
applications in 2013, CVTCORP plans to make this game-changing
technology commercially available to major farm equipment manufacturers
as of 2016.
