LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Apr 30, 2014) -  United Treatment Centers (DBA - PotNetwork.tv) (PINKSHEETS: UTRM) -- Chris Seminatore, CEO of United Treatment Centers, Inc. DBA PotNetwork.tv, announced today the cancellation of all Preferred C class shares. Chris Seminatore stated, "It is in the best interest of the company and the shareholders to cancel all the preferred C class shares. This is part of our ongoing process in providing transparency and increasing shareholder value."
