Pacific Rubiales provides notice of 2014 Investor Open House Webcast

TORONTO, May 12, 2014 /CNW/ - Pacific Rubiales Energy Corp. (TSX: PRE) (BVC: PREC) (BOVESPA: PREB) today announced that it has scheduled an Investor and Analyst Open House on Tuesday May 13, 2014 at 7:30 a.m. (Bogotá time), 8:30 a.m. (Toronto time) and 9:30 a.m. (Rio de Janeiro time) to discuss the Company's current activities, operations and outlook.  Participants will include Ronald Pantin, Chief Executive Officer, José Francisco Arata, President, and selected members of the senior management team.

The event will be webcast live from New York City.  Interested analysts and investors are invited to listen to the webcast, which can be accessed from a link on the Company's website at: www.pacificrubiales.com.
