("Southern Pacific" or the "Corporation") (TSX:STP) today announced that it has filed an amended management's discussion and analysis ("MD&A") for the year ended June 30, 2013 to include additional disclosure required by applicable regulatory requirements with respect to its internal controls over financial reporting ("ICFR") and disclosure controls and procedures ("DC&P"). The original disclosure only referred to the design of DC&P and ICFR and the amended disclosure refers to the design and effectiveness of DC&P and ICFR.
