(TSX VENTURE:CTG)(OTCBB:GMLFF) is pleased to announce that Mr. Tim McCutcheon has been appointed as CEO and Director of the Company, effective immediately. William Pincus, former CEO and President, has resigned his posts and has become Executive Chairman of the Company.
Mr. McCutcheon is a mining and finance professional with over 18 years in international business experience, primarily in the precious metals sector in Eastern Europe and Africa. He served as CEO of Ovoca Gold PLC, an AIM listed company with gold-silver assets in Russia, as well as CEO of Abzu Gold Ltd, a TSX-V listed company with gold assets in Ghana under a Joint Venture with Kinross Gold. Mr. McCutcheon worked in multiple financial institutions such as Bear Stearns, Aton Capital and Pioneer Investments as an award-winning metals and mining sector analyst and as an investment banker. He also was a founder/partner of DBM Capital Partners Ltd, a leading boutique precious metals finance institution which managed Sayan Investments Ltd, a precious metals fund, and advised multiple international and domestic precious metals companies active in Eastern Europe's mining sector. Mr. McCutcheon has a BA and MBA from Columbia University, New York, USA.
