YORK, Pa., July 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- York Traditions Bank (OTC Pink: YRKB) has announced the addition of two new Bank Directors as they continue to strategically build for the future. This is the first addition to the Board of Directors since the bank's inception.
William H. Hartman, First Vice Chairman, President and CEO of the York County Community Foundation, joined the York Traditions Bank Board in May. Mr. Hartman is an outstanding York business and community leader. Throughout his illustrious banking career of more than 30 years, beginning at Hamilton Bank in Central PA and ending as Chairman, CEO & President at Citizens Republic Bancorp in Flint, Michigan, Bill has held numerous executive management positions across multiple states. During his time in Michigan, Bill also served as a Director of the Detroit Branch of the Chicago Federal Reserve Bank. After retiring from banking in 2009, he returned to York to guide the York County Community Foundation.
David L. Bode, Managing Partner of ROCK Commercial Real Estate joined the York Traditions Bank Board in June. Mr. Bode has spent 27 years in real estate, primarily in the commercial arena, and was one of four Principals who formed ROCK Commercial Real Estate in 2001. Dave was named Managing Partner for the firm in 2008 and has continued to provide senior leadership for their growth and expansion across the York and broader Central Pennsylvania marketplace. Dave is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and also carries the designation of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR).
