Global Professionals (“RGP” or “the Company”) today announced that
Tanja Cebula has been promoted to Executive Vice President - Chief
Innovation Officer. Additionally, Tim Brackney, Elisabeth Dick and Joni
Noel have been promoted to Senior Vice President roles in the Company’s
Northwest, Southwest and South Central regions, respectively.

Cebula
joined RGP in 1997 as Managing Director and founder of the Company’s
Portland, Oregon office. As the Company’s new Chief Innovation Officer,
she will work collaboratively with senior leadership and practice area
subject matter experts to scale growth initiatives and best practices
globally and identify new and exciting innovative ideas.
Most recently, Cebula managed RGP's Western Region, which includes 19
offices in the U.S. and Mexico, overseeing operations, financials and
recruiting while mentoring teams and offering strategic guidance to the
practices within the region.
Prior to RGP, Cebula served as Product Director for Johnson & Johnson
Medical and was a Senior Auditor for Deloitte. She received her Bachelor
of Science from Oregon State University and her MBA from Northwestern
University's Kellogg School of Management. Cebula serves on the Oregon
State University Foundation Board of Trustees and is a member of the
College of Business Dean's Circle of Excellence. She co-founded the
BeAware Foundation whose mission is to bring breast cancer awareness to
corporate America.
Brackney
has been with RGP for over 11 years in various key leadership roles and
is Senior Vice President of the Northwest region, including offices in
Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. In his new role, Brackney
will provide strategic guidance and leadership to his offices. Prior to
RGP, Brackney served as Senior Manager in PwC’s Advisory and Assurance
Practices focusing primarily on business process outsourcing, finance
transformation and financial audits of global multi-national companies.
He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of
Notre Dame and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Brackney serves on the Board of Directors of the Lucille Packard
Foundation for Children’s Health.
Dick
joined RGP in 1996 as one of the Company’s first three employees. As
Senior Vice President, Southwest, she is responsible for managing
offices in Southern California, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Missouri and
Hawaii. She directs the operations and manages client relationships in
her region while actively mentoring her teams and offering strategic
guidance to each office. Prior to RGP, Dick worked in both the audit and
tax practices at Deloitte. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from
the University of California at Berkeley and serves on the Board of
Directors of both the United Way of Greater Los Angeles and the
Organization of Women Executives.
Noel
began her RGP career in 1999, serving as Managing Director in several
offices, bringing energy, new ideas and revenue growth to each. As
Senior Vice President, South Central, Noel will manage and mentor RGP’s
offices in the region, including U.S. offices in Texas, Tennessee and
Oklahoma and international offices in Mexico and Calgary, Canada. Noel
is an alumnus of Deloitte where she worked for eight years in audit. She
received her Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of
Denver and serves on the Board of Directors of Kidsave International.
