VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - July 28, 2014) - Oracle Mining Corp. ("Oracle Mining" or the "Corporation") (TSX:OMN)(FRANKFURT:OMC) announces that the Corporation has received further loan proceeds of C$750,000 from its lender Rich Stone Mining Investment (Hong Kong) Limited ("Rich Stone") as the final part of the second tranche of the C$10 million secured convertible loan ("Loan Facility") dated November 12, 2013.
The Corporation announced May 13, 2014 that it successfully completed an amendment to its Loan Facility with Rich Stone. Rich Stone and the Corporation agreed to an amendment of the Loan Facility whereby the interest in aggregate amount of C$1,200,000 and the origination fee of C$600,000 (including origination fees paid to date by the Corporation to Rich Stone under the Loan Facility in the amount of C$390,000) are to be advanced to the Corporation within 120 days of the amendment and repaid to Rich Stone on the maturity of the Loan Facility. As at July 28, 2014, these remaining C$1.80 million in aggregate funds are still to be received from Rich Stone.
