Terminus Energy Announces Acquisition of Florida Access Services, Inc.

TORRANCE, CA / ACCESSWIRE / September 23, 2014 / Terminus Energy Inc. (TMGY) today announced that the Company has acquired Florida Access Services Inc. (FASI), an engineering firm headquartered near Tampa, FL that provides mechanical, low voltage and network engineering products and services.

FASI will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and specializes in access control and security systems integration, providing a turnkey solution for the engineering and installation of security and surveillance systems. The company designs and builds fully-integrated access control, security systems and fiber optic backbones for storage and industrial facilities, power plants, theme parks, military bases, private residences, homeowners' associations and property owners' associations and other facilities.

In recent months, Florida Access Services, Inc. has developed several products and relationships focused on growing and better serving its current client base including emergency access systems for first responders, energy management and monitoring for factories and low cost cable and internet service options for buildings and communities.
