NCV and NCZ Declare Monthly Common Share Income Dividends

The Boards of Trustees of AllianzGI Convertible & Income Fund (NYSE:NCV) and AllianzGI Convertible & Income Fund II (NYSE:NCZ) (collectively, the “Funds”) announced today that they have declared the following dividends on the Funds’ common shares:

The dividends will be payable on November 3, 2014 to shareholders of record on October 14, 2014, with an ex-dividend date of October 9, 2014.

The Funds are closed-end management investment companies. The Funds’ investment objective is to provide total return through a combination of capital appreciation and high current income. There can be no assurance that the Funds will achieve their stated objectives.
