Completion of an airborne survey of the Hot Property

V.XND

/THIS NEWS RELEASE IS NOT FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES/

Xander Resources Inc. (XND: TSX.V) ("Xander" or the "Corporation")

VANCOUVER, Nov. 3, 2014 /CNW/ - Xander has an option to acquire 100% interest in the Hot property, located north of the town of Smithers in north-central British Columbia.

The Hot property hosts a calc-alkalic porphyry copper-molybdenum deposit prospect.  Such deposits commonly have early disseminated and vein-hosted copper mineralization associated with highly magnetic potassic alteration which also has a distinctive potassium ion signature.  Later molybdenum mineralization is associated with plumes of poorly magnetized phyllic alteration that lacks a strong potassium ion signature.  Patterns associated with these alteration types can be discerned using magnetic and radiometric surveys.

In October the Company obtained the opinion of a licensed professional geoscientist that an airborne survey comprising electromagnetic and magnetic surveys would expedite and refine the 2015 work program. As a result, the Company commissioned Precision GeoSurveys Inc., of Vancouver, B.C. to conduct helicopter-borne magnetic and radiometric surveys over the Hot property.  A total of 179 east-west survey lines were flown at a spacing of 50 m (164 feet).  The survey lines along with 10 north-south tie lines comprised a total of 937 km (571.6 mi) of line which were more than sufficient to cover the whole 3,342.75-ha (8,256.59-acre) area of the Hot property.  We expect that data generated by these surveys will improve the effectiveness of our subsequent first-phase ground exploration program.

Currently, data is being processed; the results should be available to us soon.

XANDER RESOURCES INC.
