TMX Group Limited declares dividend of $0.40 per common share

TORONTO, Nov. 6, 2014 /CNW/ - The Board of Directors of TMX Group Limited declared a dividend of $0.40 on each common share outstanding, payable on December 5, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 21, 2014.

TMX Group hereby advises that this dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.
