UBS hosts 42nd Annual Media and Communications Conference from December 8-10, 2014 in New York

For the 42nd consecutive year, UBS is pleased to present its Global Media and Communications Conference in New York from December 8-10, 2014. The conference, one of the longest running conferences on Wall Street, brings together leaders and industry insiders from the world of media, advertising, entertainment and telecommunications. Through keynote presentations, panel discussions and networking opportunities, attendees will have the opportunity to assess the developments of the past year, while looking ahead to the industry’s prospects in 2015.

Throughout the three day conference, attendees will hear management presentations from over 80 companies in a broad array of fields including advertising, broadcasting, entertainment, internet, multichannel television distribution, new media, publishing and telecommunications. As Sam Powers, Co-Head of Technology Media & Communications, CCS Americas explains, "The conference plays an essential role in bringing together the best minds in the media and communications business and provides the attendees a platform to discuss the latest trends, opportunities and outlook for the industry."

Participating companies include, but are not limited to 21st Century Fox, AMC Networks, AOL, AT&T, CBS Corporation, Charter Communications, Comcast Corporation, Discovery Communications, Gannett Co, News Corp, Netflix, Scripps Networks Interactive, Time Warner Inc, T-Mobile US, Verizon Communications and Viacom.

The conference is not open to the general public. UBS conferences are by invitation only. Invitations are non-transferable.
