(JOY – TSX) ("Journey" or the "Company") is pleased to confirm that the dividend for December of $0.06 per common share will be paid on January 15, 2015 to shareholders of record on December 31, 2014 with an ex-dividend date of December 29, 2014. The Board of Directors has declared the dividend payable in either cash or common shares at the election of the shareholder. This dividend has been designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.
