Invitae Corporation announced today that it has filed a registration
statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
(the “SEC”) relating to the proposed initial public offering of its
common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for
the offering have not yet been determined. Invitae intends to apply to
list its common stock on The New York Stock Exchange under the symbol
“NVTA.”
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is acting as the sole book-running manager
for the offering. Cowen and Company, LLC and Leerink Partners LLC are
acting as co-managers.
