Reliable Evidence Based Outcomes Optimization Technologies (R.E.B.O.O.T.) Now Being Launched at Grafton Schools

TUCSON, Ariz., Jan. 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- AudioEye®, Inc. (OTCQB: AEYE) ("AudioEye") ("the Company") today announced that its software development team along with behavioral management teams from the Grafton Integrated Health Network (Grafton) and ProEventa, Inc. have begun the process of deploying a breakthrough software solution known as Reliable Evidence Based Outcomes Optimization Technologies (R.E.B.O.O.T.). The Software as a Service (SaaS) platform is now being utilized at Grafton's schools located in Virginia, West Virginia and Florida.

R.E.B.O.O.T. is a structured, scalable and sustainable software system used to identify, monitor, and evaluate a single user or an entire organization's progress towards mastery of any achievable task, objective or goal.  The software system provides an embed data-driven decision-making capability that lends itself to the treatment, regimented instruction and planning processes developed, used and perfected at Grafton which have been providing services for students with special needs since 1958.  The new Internet based and mobile solution is applicable in several strategic vertical markets.  AudioEye, Grafton and their respective partners are executing go-to-market strategies for R.E.B.O.O.T.

There are several steps to the process facilitated by the R.E.B.O.O.T. software for customers of the platform including the following key utilities: (1) ability for conducting a thorough assessment of the individual's strengths and needs, (2) system to generate and capture written goals that are functional, measurable, and specific to the needs, (3) collecting data, typically on a weekly basis, from a growing number of compatible and automated sources and data inputs (4) graphing data and comparing them to a Minimum Growth Line, (5) determining level of progress according to a specific standard, and (7) providing a reporting mechanism to identify goal mastery rates at all levels within an individual or on an organizational level. Grafton has maintained a goal mastery rate at or above 80% for the past several years using the system. Through R.E.B.O.O.T. individuals with unique abilities and sometimes with the help of teachers, healthcare providers, caretakers and families are able to make measured improvements in their functioning and quality of life.

R.E.B.O.O.T. is integrated with the AudioEye Web A11Y Management Platform™ and its industry leading assistive tools. Management believes that the combined offering has compelling market potential in several opportunity verticals.

Additionally, to the success of Grafton and AudioEye with R.E.B.O.O.T. was the good news in the continued and groundbreaking development of a training technology, process and apparatus technology known as Ukeru Systems (Ukeru). Ukeru is a technology owned and developed by Grafton, which hired and has partnered with AudioEye since 2012 for the purpose of developing intellectual property patents and products that reduced their inventions to practice and ultimately in 2014 to manufacturing. The completed product line includes a consultative component and e-learning system. Ukeru provides a process and system for crisis management and it eliminates the need for the institutional use of human restraints and reduces or eliminates the injuries and liabilities that they have been proven to cause.

Grafton obtained a contract award for Ukeru Systems from the State of California by winning its bid for a behavioral support/crisis management training services. The contract which is awarded to Grafton School, Inc. by the California Department of Developmental Services is in the amount of $661,939.00 for 2015.

"Our teams' roll-out of R.E.B.O.O.T. within Grafton Schools is the culmination of years of effort and investments of many long hours solving for difficult problems that were overcome by talented and skilled practitioners from the IT and behavioral management fields with whom we've been privileged to work with," stated Nathaniel Bradley, Chief Executive Officer of AudioEye, Inc.  "Being part of Grafton's success and execution is among our great accomplishments at AudioEye. We believe this progress in the behavioral management market and our projects with Grafton over the coming weeks and months will have a meaningful impact on AudioEye's performance in 2015 and beyond. Together, we've made an unabashed start to our 2015 campaigns. Our innovations have the potential to help millions of users obtain a better quality of life and peace of mind and this is a very important value in our developing culture as a company."
