Law
Offices of Howard G. Smith announces that it is investigating
potential claims on behalf of investors of Volaris Aviation Holding
Company (“Volaris” or the “Company”) (NYSE:VLRS) concerning possible
violations of federal securities laws. The investigation is focused on
certain statements issued by Volaris concerning the Company’s operations
and financial performance and prospects.
Volaris is a Mexico City-based provider of air transportation services
for passengers, cargo, and mail in Mexico and internationally. The
investigation is related to allegations that the Registration Statement,
filed in connection with the Company’s initial public offering (“IPO”)
on or about September 18, 2013, failed to disclose certain material
events, including financial effects resulting from a change in the
Company’s airline reservation system and an expansion of competition in
the Tijuana and Guadalajara, Mexico markets, which was having an adverse
effect on the Company’s revenues and profit margins at the time of the
IPO. As a result, the financial information reported in the Registration
Statement was not indicative of Volaris’s future operating results.
If you purchased Volaris American Depositary Shares, if you have
information or would like to learn more about these claims, or if you

interests with respect to these matters, please contact Howard G. Smith,
