The Corporation hereby advises of the following voting results obtained at the meeting:
- Shareholders approved the election of the following individuals, being nominees proposed by the management of the Corporation, as directors of the Corporation for the ensuing year: Scott Cole, Emlyn J. David, Michael Galloro, Daniel R. Hay, and Rajiv Rai.
- Shareholders approved the re-appointment of MNP LLP as auditors of the Corporation for the ensuing year.
- Shareholders approved a resolution ratifying the Corporation's stock option plan.
