INVESTOR ALERT: Glancy Binkow & Goldberg LLP Reminds Investors of the Lead Plaintiff Deadline in the Class Action Lawsuit Against Volaris Aviation Holding Company

VLRS

Glancy Binkow & Goldberg LLP reminds investors of Volaris Aviation Holding Company (“Volaris” or the “Company”) (NYSE: VLRS) who purchased the Company’s American Depositary Shares pursuant and/or traceable to the Company’s initial public offering (“IPO”), on or about September 18, 2013, have until April 27, 2015 to file a motion to be appointed as lead plaintiff in the shareholder lawsuit filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Please contact Lesley Portnoy or Casey Sadler at 888-773-9224 or 310-201-9150, or at shareholders@glancylaw.com to discuss this matter. If you inquire by email, please include your mailing address, telephone number, and number of shares purchased.

Volaris is a Mexico City-based provider of air transportation services for passengers, cargo, and mail in Mexico and internationally. The Complaint alleges that the Company’s Registration Statement filed in connection with its IPO failed to disclose certain material events, including financial effects resulting from a change in the Company’s airline reservation system and an expansion of competition in the Tijuana and Guadalajara, Mexico markets, which was having an adverse effect on the Company’s revenues and profit margins at the time of the IPO. As a result, the financial information reported in the Registration Statement was not indicative of Volaris’s future operating results. Investors who purchased Volaris shares suffered damages after the Company’s shares sharply declined in value shortly after the IPO.

If you are a member of the Class described above, you may move the Court no later than April 27, 2015, to serve as lead plaintiff, if you meet certain legal requirements. To be a member of the Class you need not take any action at this time; you may retain counsel of your choice or take no action and remain an absent member of the Class. If you wish to learn more about this action, or if you have any questions concerning this announcement or your rights or interests with respect to these matters, please contact Lesley Portnoy or Casey Sadler of Glancy Binkow & Goldberg LLP, 1925 Century Park East, Suite 2100, Los Angeles, California 90067, at (310) 201-9150, by e-mail to shareholders@glancylaw.com, or visit our website at http://www.glancylaw.com.
