April 2015 Cash Dividend - $0.06 per share
Superior Plus Corp. ("Superior") (TSX:SPB) today announced its cash dividend for the month of April 2015 of $0.06 per share payable on May 15, 2015. The record date is April 30, 2015 and the ex-dividend date will be April 28, 2015. Superior's annualized cash dividend rate is currently $0.72 per share. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
Annual Meeting of Shareholders
Superior's Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at the Petroleum Club, 319-5th Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta, Canada on Friday, May 1, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. (MDT).
