The shares are expected to begin trading on The NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol "KMPH" on April 16, 2015. All of the common stock is being offered by KemPharm. In addition, KemPharm has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 763,636 additional shares of common stock from KemPharm. The offering is expected to close on April 21, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.
