MONTREAL, June 3, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - National Bank and the Young Leaders Circle are proud to announce that the 5th annual Urban Duathlon raised a total of $360,000 for the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation. The funds will be used for the CHU Sainte-Justine neonatal intensive care unit being financed through the Foundation's Healing More Better campaign, to which the Bank has pledged $2.5 million.
Close to 400 members of the business, media and sports communities gathered at Montreal's Dorchester Square on May 28 to take part in this fun and friendly BIXI bike/foot race—decked out in zany costumes, much to the amusement of their work colleagues and members of the public who came out to cheer them on. Montreal TV and radio personalities Tobie Bureau Huot (NRJ 94.3, Vrak2, TVA) and Mathieu Roy (98.5 FM, Journal Métro, TVA) co-hosted the event again this year.
