Avnet, Inc. Executives to Ring The Closing Bell at the NYSE

Avnet, Inc. (NYSE: AVT) announced today that members of its executive team will ring The Closing Bell^®for the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on Tuesday, June 9, 2015. Avnet will participate in this ceremonial honor following the conclusion of the company’s Investor Day meeting at the NYSE, where its senior leadership team will provide an update on Avnet’s strategic initiatives and a financial review of the progress being made toward long-term performance goals. In addition, 2015 marks Avnet’s 55^th anniversary of being listed on the NYSE.

Avnet is a global technology distributor and the largest publicly-held company headquartered in Arizona based on annual revenue of $27.5 billion.
