Oracle Mining Corp. ("Oracle Mining" or the "Corporation") (TSX: OMN) (OTCQX: OMCCF) (FRANKFURT: OMC) today announced that, further to the news release dated April 13, 2015, the Corporation's voluntary delisting of its common shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX"), and subsequent application to list its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSX-V"), remain ongoing.
The Corporation believes listing on the TSX-V will provide greater operational efficiency and lower costs for the Corporation. Oracle has not yet received formal listing approval from the TSX-V; however, the Corporation is currently finalizing its listing application and expects that the transition between the TSX and TSX-V will be completed in an efficient manner.
Management continues to direct its efforts and financial resources toward determining the economic and technical viability of the Oracle Ridge Project.
