Neal joined Avnet in 2000 and has more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, with most of it in distribution. Based on her achievements and influence in the technology channel, Neal was recognized by the editors of CRN as one of the top Women of the Channel in 2010, 2011 and 2015.
