(OTCBB: MMEG), an entertainment and direct response marketing company, has appointed Spencer Proffer, a highly respected media and music producer and CEO of Meteor 17, to its Board of Advisors, effective August 13, 2015. Momentous plans to team with Proffer and Meteor 17 on various films and convergence projects, for which Momentous will provide the production capital while President and CEO Kurt Neubauer, along with EVP Tim Williams and COO John Pepe, will serve as executive producers.

Proffer, CEO of entertainment production company Meteor 17 (www.meteor17.com), is a well-regarded media producer and strategist with a long history of connecting with audiences, and has been at the forefront of successful and inventive multiplatform media initiatives. Through his work, Proffer has consistently broken new ground on both the creative and business fronts. Proffer's productions and those he has been closely involved with have garnered Academy, Golden Globe, Emmy, Grammy and Tony awards and nominations. As music producer, Spencer has sold millions of gold and platinum records. As a music director/ supervisor, he has handled more than 135 films/television projects in a proactive, hands-on capacity for most of the key motion picture studios and major broadcast television networks. As an early pioneer of laser light shows, Proffer also shepherded the first #1 rock album (Billy Thorpe's Children Of The Sun) to be developed into computer-animated laser choreography and exhibited in planetariums across North America, based upon the song which he co-wrote and album which he produced and mixed.
Spencer is an honors graduate of Loyola University School of Law and the University of California, Los Angeles. He has taught numerous courses at UCLA, the University of Southern California and Syracuse University, and has served on the Dean's Council at the American University School of Communication in Washington, DC.
