Prior to joining Dow, Deborah served in HR and talent development roles with General Motors Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Business Management in Human Resources and a Master in Training and Change Management from Victoria University, Australia.

Teixeira has led Bunge's HR function since joining the company in 2008. Previously, he served in senior leadership HR roles at several global corporations.

"Under Vicente's leadership, Bunge has built a more globally integrated HR function and has introduced best in class approaches in areas such as talent management, training and development and compensation that are vital to our global strategy," stated Schroder.  "We thank him for his service and wish him the best in his retirement."
