Ms. McShane-Reed will be responsible for the strategic direction of the division's cloud-based and mobile-enabled health claims product innovation and reinforce the Symbility Health brand into the health insurance, specialty pharmacy and patient assistance industries. With over 20 years of experience in the health and dental industry, Ms. McShane-Reed most recently held the position of Director of Sales, Claim Secure Inc., a recognized Canadian pharmacy benefit management and technology firm. In this capacity, she established new business development initiatives, and formulated key partnerships with numerous brokers and consultants across Canada.
