Gatorade announces signing of two of the most successful players in the world
TORONTO, Dec. 16, 2015 /CNW/ - Women's hockey is moving into the forefront in 2016 with the upcoming IIHF U18 Women's World Championship and the IIHF Women's World Championship both being played on Canadian ice. In celebration, Hockey Canada and Gatorade Canada are putting the spotlight on women's hockey by hosting a day of events and announcements, meant to highlight hockey and the talented Canadian women who play it.
The day will kick-off with a press conference revealing that Gatorade has signed two of the most successful players in the world (names to be released at event) followed by an on-ice photo opportunity featuring young female hockey players participating in a pick-up game with hockey stars.
