Next Generation Digital Customer Solution Recognized with 2016 BIG Innovation Award

Citi Retail Services, one of North America's largest and most experienced retail credit solutions providers, is a winner in the 2016 BIG Innovation Awards, which recognize organizations driving change and creating what’s next. The winning project, Entity Linkage Framework, is an industry-leading technological innovation that provides a comprehensive, unified view of customers and, in doing so, improves the customer experience, mitigates fraud/credit abuse and improves operating efficiency.
