health records, practice management and mHealth solutions, today announced the acquisition of Gulf Coast Billing, Inc. (“GCB”), a
revenue cycle management company based in the Houston, Texas area.

monitoring (“IOM”) and surgery. As part of the transaction, which closed on February 15, 2016, MTBC acquired substantially
all of the assets of GCB, including customer contracts.
