DALLAS, TX--(Marketwired - Mar 15, 2016) - SMA Alliance, Inc. (OTC: SMAA) announced Wednesday that CEO Andrea Smith has stepped down and is assuming the role of Secretary. Austin "Kit" Jennings will succeed her.
Kit Jennings, a Navy Veteran, who also served in the Wyoming Senate, brings strong international energy experience to SMA Alliance. Mr. Jennings has served on the Advanced Conversion Technologies Task Force, and the UW Energy Resource Council. Mr. Jennings has corporate leadership experience in Russia, Vietnam, and China, in addition to his energy experience in the United States.
