April 30, 2016, Peter Copetti, current Executive Co-Chairman of the Board, will be stepping down from the Board and his position as
Executive Co-Chairman to pursue other opportunities. Peter Copetti joined POET at the genesis of today’s refocused
enterprise. He has served as both Executive Co-Chairman and interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Peter has
worked tirelessly to establish POET as a presence in the burgeoning integrated opto-electronics industry and has been instrumental
in the financial restructuring of the company.
