Following the buyback of 100,000 ordinary shares on 9 May 2016, the Company now has 102,486,916 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding 7,325,825 Ordinary Shares which are held in Treasury). As announced on 28 April 2016, the Subscription Shares were suspended from listing on 3 May 2016 following the passing of the final exercise date on 29 April 2016.
