On 12 May 2016, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 6,916 ordinary shares at a price of 177.8p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

 

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 4,268,160 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 99,315,042 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
