Mega View Digital Entertainment Corp. Announces Board Changes

Toronto, Ontario (FSCwire) - Mega View Digital Entertainment Corp. (NEX: MVD.H) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Michael A. Dehn has been appointed to the board of directors of the Company. Mr. Dehn is a resource sector executive with more than 24 years’ experience, and has been actively involved in financings, marketing and project management related to exploring for precious metals, base metals, diamonds and industrial minerals since 1994 spending 12 years of his career with Goldcorp Inc. He has held director and senior executive positions at many junior companies in the mining and mineral exploration sector, and is currently President of Phoenix Metals Corporation, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Jourdan Resources Inc. and Fairmont Resources Inc.  Mr. Dehn holds a Bachelor of Science in Earth Science and Geology from the University of Waterloo.

The Company also reports that Mr. Robert Ng has retired as a director of the Company, following the non-passage of the resolution in respect of his re-election at the annual and special meeting of shareholders held on March 31, 2016. The Company wishes to thank Mr. Ng for his service.
