Plaza Centers N.V.  2015 Annual Report and 2015 Annual Dutch Statutory Accounts

Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company"), a leading emerging markets property developer, confirms that its 2015 Annual Report was published and is available for viewing on the Company's website at http://plazacenters.com/index.php?p=financial_reports_2016.

In addition, the 2015 Annual Dutch Statutory Accounts were filed and are available for viewing at the Company's registered office, Prnis Hendrikkade, 48S 1012, AC Amsterdam, the Netherlands.  

These 2015 Annual Dutch Statutory Accounts and the 2015 Annual Report are intended to be adopted by the shareholders at the AGM to be held in Amsterdam on 30 June 2016. Further details on this AGM will be sent out in due course.
