Notification about threshold crossing in MHP's GDRs

MHP S.A. ("MHP", LSE ticker: "MHPC"), one of the leading agro-industrial companies in Ukraine, focusing on the production of poultry and the cultivation of grain, announces that it was informed by Prosperity Capital Management Limited about threshold crossing in MHP in amount of 8,789,186 GDRs (voting rights), which represent 7,93% of the issued capital of the Company.

Note: this announcement is made based of the form received by MHP from Prosperity Capital Management Limited on May 20, 2016 notifying the acquisition or disposal of major holdings pursuant to the law and grand-ducal regulation of January 11, 2008 on transparency requirements for issuers of securities (referred to as "the Transparency Law" and "the Transparency Regulation".
