Posting of Circular to shareholders
Goals Soccer Centres plc (AIM: GOAL) (the "Company"), the market leader in outdoor small-sided
soccer centres with 47 sites, including one in California, USA, is pleased to confirm that it has posted a circular to
shareholders ("Circular") in relation to the placing which was announced earlier this morning.
The Circular incorporates a notice convening the general meeting to be held at The Soho Hotel, 4
Richmond Mews, London, W1D 3DH at 10:00 a.m. on 22 June 2016.
