VANCOUVER, June 8, 2016 /CNW/ - WordLogic Corp. (OTCQB:WLGC,
the "Company"), the predictive intelligence technology company, announces that as of today June 8th
2016 Frank Evanshen hereby resigns from the Board of Directors and the position of CEO and President of WordLogic, effective
immediately.
My final official acts in the capacity of Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO are to relinquish all responsibility of the
day-to-day operation of the Company - and, absolve any other parties. I am also dissolving the standing Board of Directors in it's
entirety with the understanding that a new Board of Directors will be formed immediately, along with an interim CEO, of the Board's
choosing.
Also, effective immediately Les Hughbanks and John Goodman have
been elected to the Board of Directors and Ian Dowding has agreed to serve as the acting CEO and
Chairman of the board of directors.
"I have complete confidence in the new board of directors all of whom are prominent shareholders of the Company. The
Company can now move forward getting its REACH technology to market."
