OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 13, 2016) - Media Advisory - TransCanada Corporation (TSX:TRP) (NYSE:TRP) (TransCanada), four major unions and the association representing Canadian pipeline contractors and construction trade workers invite members of the media to attend a press conference to witness the signing of a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) related to TransCanada's $15.7 billion Energy East Pipeline Project. The MOU means employment for thousands of Canadian workers to build the 4,500-kilometre pipeline.
