NEW YORK, NY and MIAMI, FL--(Marketwired - Jul 20, 2016) - Mexican cement maker Cemex has been named Corporate with the Overall Best Capital Markets Strategy by LatinFinance in the publication's 2016 Best Corporates in the Capital Markets Awards. The award recognizes the leading issuers from Latin America and the Caribbean in the capital markets between April 1, 2015 and March 31, 2016. For the second year in a row, Cemex won a total of three awards, winning praise for its consistency and creativity in reducing its debt costs and increasing the company's cash flow.
