Redcentric announces that at the Annual General Meeting to be held at 10.00am this morning at 100
Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1BN, the Chairman, Chris Cole, will make the following statement:
"The year has started well, and the Company expects to report first half results in line with the
board's expectations."
Redcentric will provide a fuller update on first half performance in its pre-close trading
announcement.
