  • Wall Street expects United Parcel Service, Inc. (NYSE: UPS) to report quarterly earnings at $1.43 per share on revenue of $14.63 billion before the bell. UPS shares rose 1.49 percent to $110.35 in after-hours trading.
  • Analysts expect CIGNA Corporation (NYSE: CI) to report quarterly earnings at $2.39 per share on revenue of $9.98 billion before the bell. CIGNA shares declined 1.55 percent to close at $135.99 on Thursday.
  • Alphabet Inc (NASDAQ: GOOGL) reported stronger-than-expected results for its second quarter on Thursday. Alphabet reported Q2 EPS of $8.42 and revenues of $17.52 billion. Analyst consensus had an EPS estimate of $8.07 and revenues of $16.883 billion. Alphabet shares climbed 4.1 percent to $797.23 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Analysts are expecting Chevron Corporation (NYSE: CVX) to have earned $0.33 per share on revenue of $25.78 billion in the latest quarter. Chevron will release earnings before the markets open. Chevron shares gained 0.28 percent to $102.08 in after-hours trading.
  • Before the opening bell, Phillips 66 (NYSE: PSX) is estimated to report its quarterly earnings at $1.03 per share on revenue of $25.52 billion. Phillips 66 shares gained 0.98 percent to $77.00 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMZN) reported upbeat earnings for its second quarter. Amazon.com reported Q2 EPS of $1.78 versus analysts’ estimates of $1.11. Amazon.com shares gained 2.08 percent to $768.25 in the after-hours trading session.

  • Host Hotels and Resorts Inc (NYSE: HST) is projected to report its quarterly earnings at $0.49 per share on revenue of $1.47 billion. Host Hotels will release earnings before the markets open. Host Hotels shares rose 0.82 percent to close at $17.28 on Thursday.
  • Wynn Resorts, Limited (NASDAQ: WYNN) posted upbeat earnings for its second quarter on Thursday. Wynn Resorts shares fell 6.12 percent to $98.25 in the after-hours trading session.
