Zegona Communications plc, LSE: ZEG announces that it was notified on 4 August 2016 by Mr Howard Kalika, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, that he had purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 111.4 pence per share on 4 August 2016.

Mr Kalika's holding of Ordinary Shares in the Company totals 245,850 shares, representing approximately 0.13% of the Company's issued share capital.
