("Fiera Capital" or the "Firm"), a leading independent asset management firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of
Julie Lalonde to the position of Executive Vice President, Retail Markets and Strategic Investment
Partnerships ("SIP"), of Fiera Capital's Canadian division, effective September 1, 2016.
In her new role, Julie Lalonde will head the Firm's overall retail markets business in
Canada and continue to lead the SIP team, responsible for the Firm's largest strategic partners.
She will continue to report to Sylvain Roy, President and Chief Operation Officer of Fiera Capital's
Canadian division.

A CFA Charterholder, Julie Lalonde has a near 20-year track record in the investment industry and
has been with the firm since 2008. Prior to leading the Strategic Investment Partnerships team, she held senior positions within
Fiera Capital's Institutional Markets team, where she was responsible for marketing and client servicing for institutional clients,
as well as the marketing and development of the firm's alternative strategies. Her experience also includes roles as Director of
Investments at two major multinational pension funds.
