MONTREAL, Aug. 31, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - Fiera Capital Corporation
(TSX: FSZ) ("Fiera Capital"), as manager of the Fiera Capital Balanced Fund (the "Balanced Fund") and the Fiera Capital High Income
Fund (the "High Income Fund") (collectively the "Funds"), announced today that the targeted fixed rate of monthly distributions of
the Funds will be replaced by a variable distribution rate.
The Funds' distributions will be made monthly consisting of income and, to the extent necessary, return of capital. Fiera
Capital reserves its right to modify the distribution of the Funds at any time to better reflect market realities.
