comprising European listed real estate investment companies. These awards were made after all published annual documents had been
subject to in-depth examination by EPRA, in conjunction with Deloitte France for financial statements and with JLL for
non-financial reporting.
The real estate investment company firstly won gold for the quality and transparency of its financial statements, underscoring
its compliance with Best Practices Recommendations. EPRA also rated ANF Immobilier's performance highly in the area of
non-financial reporting, comprising sustainable development and Corporate Social Responsibility reports, with the award of another
