Aldridge Grants Stock Options
Aldridge Minerals Inc. (TSX-V: AGM) (“Aldridge” or the “Company”) announces that the Company has granted 807,000 stock options
to certain directors, officers, consultants, and employees of the Company. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.285 per
common share and expire in 5 years. One quarter vest immediately upon grant and one quarter vest on each of the first, second, and
third anniversaries. This grant of options is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
